What it will do
A job title tells you almost nothing about what someone can actually do.
The assessment compares what you can already do against what a mapped role is asking for, and returns the difference as an ordered list — not a score for its own sake, but a reading order for what to learn next.
Every pathway on this site already carries the ingredients: the skills the role wants, a published salary band, and a realistic timeline. The assessment automates the comparison. Until it does, we run it manually on a call, which is slower but produces the same answer.
